Carol's Curtain Call - Theater Info - Week of July 5, 2010

Our theatre family suffers another loss......I am so sorry to tell you that we have lost a great theatre friend, Don White. He and his beloved Jackie recently relocated to Virginia to be with their children and grandchildren. Don suffered a massive heart attack on the golf course; he was playing golf with his son-in-law, Reese, when it happened. Doing what he enjoyed. Don was a member of St. Mary's Church, St. Mary's Productions and the Joyful Noise Singers. Please keep Jackie, Gayle, Reese and their twins in your prayers. The Mass on Sunday, August 29 at 11:00am at St. Mary's will be said for Don, requested by the Joyful Noise Singers. He will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery. As I know more information I will bring it you. Our sincerest condolences to family and friends.

Don't forget to order your summer stash of Blueberries!.......The Petsel Blueberries are ripe! Brother and sister, Ben and Shanna Petsel are, as always, working to make money for acting related activities. Ben is raising money for college in New York City and Shanna plans to attend the same film school that Ben attended last summer. If you would like to help these hard working kids, please order some blueberries! The kids pick them, bag them and deliver them right to your door! The price is the same as last year ($4.00 per pound) for pre-picked delicious berries. Stay out of the heat and away from the bugs. Let Ben and Shanna do all the work for you.
