Carol's Curtain Call - Theater Info - Week of June 21, 2010

Carol's Curtain Call
Monday Memo
June 21, 2010

Remember back to January 2009 and I was recruiting folks for Brett Haley's film THE NEW YEAR http://www.thenewyearfilm.com/ filmed entirely in Pensacola, using Pensacola talent? I know several of you are in the film, cause I've seen you in it! Anyway, it premiered this past weekend at the very prestigious LA Film Festival. http://www.lafilmfest.com/2010/ It's receiving rave reviews for our very own Brett and the lead, Trieste Kelly Dunn. Congratulations to Brett and his writing partner and co-producer Elizabeth Kennedy! And to all the cast and crew who made this wonderful and special film!
